          1.进攻基本姿势:&nbsp
          屈膝开立降重心,上体前倾而放松;&nbsp双眼注视场上情,随时移动和接球。&nbsp
          2.防守基本姿势:&nbsp
          两脚开立比肩宽,屈膝重心在中间;&nbsp体微前倾手前放,随时移动抢断球。&nbsp
          3.起动:&nbsp
          两膝微屈踵离地,脚掌蹬地要有力;&nbsp身体前倾移重心,前两三步短而急。&nbsp
          4.侧身跑:&nbsp
          放松前跑勿横移,注意球踪看场情;&nbsp上体侧转腰放松,随时要把球来迎。&nbsp
          5.变向跑:&nbsp
          前脚内侧来蹬地,屈膝内扣降重心;&nbsp上体转移后脚迈,二步落地体侧转。&nbsp
          6.后退跑:&nbsp
          提踵脚掌去蹬地,上体前倾抬起头;&nbsp臀部稍坐往后退,屈肘摆动控平衡。&nbsp
          7.跨步急停:&nbsp
          一步前跨身后仰,二步落地体侧转;&nbsp抬头屈膝臂不张,撑地要靠内侧掌。&nbsp
          8.跳步急停:&nbsp
          跳起空中稍后仰,同时着地双脚掌;&nbsp屈膝后坐肘微张,重心稳放两脚上。&nbsp
          9.跨步:&nbsp
          一脚为轴一脚跨,上体方向不变化;&nbsp左脚右跨叫顺步,右脚左跨叫交叉;&nbsp
          抬头屈膝体前倾,左右跨出要适当;&nbsp中枢脚稳勿移动,摆脱对方要有劲。&nbsp
          10.转身:&nbsp
          蹬地腰转移重心,轴脚拧地屈膝撑;&nbsp身体移动不起伏,蹬转协调控平衡。&nbsp
          11.滑步:&nbsp
          屈膝滑步靠脚蹬,左滑右蹬用脚掌;&nbsp向前滑步蹬后脚,向后滑步蹬前脚。&nbsp
二、&nbsp运球技术:&nbsp
          1.原地运球:&nbsp
          两膝弯屈体前倾,自然分指手心空;&nbsp以肘为轴指腕压,柔和按拍要缓冲。&nbsp
          2.行进间高运球:&nbsp
          上体前倾膝微屈,五指分开肘为轴;&nbsp用力按球侧后方,大步奔跑要跟上;&nbsp
          左右两手快运球,抬头观察视野广。&nbsp
          3.行进间低运球:&nbsp
          两膝微屈体前倾,五指分开按拍球;&nbsp手腕柔和缓冲球,过人护球眼看球。&nbsp
          左右两手快运球,运球勿忘多传球。&nbsp
          4.运球急停急起:&nbsp
          两拍急停站得稳,突然起动往前返;&nbsp人球兼顾贴身紧,蹬跨越过防守人。&nbsp
          5.体前变向换手运球:&nbsp
          右手拍球右侧方,球从体前变方向;&nbsp上体换手体压肩,变向前进推后方。&nbsp
          6.背后运球:&nbsp
          左右拉拍球外侧,体后换手变方向;&nbsp侧肩跨步防守球,手脚配合协调好。&nbsp
          7.运球转身:&nbsp
          接近防守肩侧对,左脚在前做中枢;&nbsp步子要稳重心低,右手拉球撤右脚;&nbsp
          腰髋转动要贴紧,扭转身后擦肩过,&nbsp超越对手向前冲。&nbsp
